RE: F-27 Stryker dolly?
A friend made one for his which works well on smooth pavement. He used a couple foam blocks with 2 straight axles and four 2" foam wheels. The blocks are sort of wedge shaped to hold the nose of the plane up a little higher that the tail. Sorry I don't have a picture but it's a real simple dolly.

RE: F-27 Stryker dolly?
I hate hand launching, so I built a dolly for my Stryker. Works great. Don't touch the controls and it flys straight off. Angle of attack is set at 8 degrees. The little crank is for windage adjustment.
