I need a brushless motor+esc that will work with a 18c 3s 1300mAh Lipo for a multiplex easystar. or at least a kv estimate plus prop estimate. I'm using it for aerial photography.

That easy enough to answer. The most reliable and inexpensive Brushless motor which myself and others have used is from HobbyCity. It cost $18.50 and you can use and 25amp ESC.

You won't be sorry with this motor. Just be sure you used a APC 5.5x4.5 Speed 400 electric prop. Enjoy !
