Default Help Me out

I am new to flying I have J-3 Stick Slow Flyer on take off (from ground) it seems to shoot up about three feet and flip over backwards or nose dive. Is this enough information to tell me what I’m doing wrong? I changed the prop to a 9070.

Don't force it. Let it build up speed and lift it off instead of jerking it into the air. It sounds like you're over controlling it and stalling it...

Mike's right...... sounds to me like you are giving it too much up elevator and stalling it. Let it build up more air speed before you try to climb too fast.
