Parkzone T-28 and Turnigy 35-36 motor
Would like to get input on the best way to mount the Turnigy 35-36 to the T-28. Details on what mount you used and need for other mods (cowl, prop adapter, etc.) you had to do to get the plane up in the air and flying like you wanted it to fly.
Thanks,
Oliver

RE: Parkzone T-28 and Turnigy 35-36 motor
I went with the SK 3542 1100Kvr for my replacement. I did this so I could use the stock motor mount. Your 3536 will be just a tad short (5-6mm) to use the stock motor mount. However you can get a aluminum motor mount on Ebay for $20 or less. The longer motor mount will allow you to use the 3536 motor.
I would also upgrade the ESC to a higher amp. Mine was the older 25A and the 3542 would draw about 30A with a 10 x 7 prop.
It is worth the price as the stock 180W motor cannot compaire to the 3536 or 3542 motor for performance.
Good luck, once you start the modifications your wont quit
