Other than a sailplane, what is the best plane (RTF or BNF) to fly in a park on a breezy day (5-10 mph)?

Well, I know personally my brushless Zagi handles wind very nicely, since it's technically a powered slope soarer, but that's an old kit that nobody flys anymore. If I was to replace it with something modern and BNF (which I might), this is what I'd buy- http://parkzone.com/Products/Default...ProdID=PKZ5680 The flying wings and Strykers have a lower profile and seem to handle wind a little better then aircraft with full fuselages and long wings susceptible to getting a strong gust caught under them. They also tend to fly faster, and can penetrate stiff wind better.

This is subject to one's opinion, but I fly my Parkzone P-47 in some pretty heavy winds. With a stock prop it wouldnt be to much fun, but with a APC 12x6-E it works well in the wind.

Any of the 'stick' type planes are fun in the wind. I have the E-Flite Mini Ultra Stick and I've flown that in 20mph+ winds. I also have a couple of Crash Test Hobbies EPP Assassin combat wings that are an absolute blast to fly on windy days.

That is a good looking stick - what components did you put in it?

I'm using a HeadsUpRC 450 1100kv motor, 30A ESC, 10x6 prop and 3s1500-3s1800mAh lipos. I didn't bother cutting in flaps- doesn't need them. Flies great in the wind. Plenty of power on a 450 although a 480 would really make it rip.
