From Ember 2 to Piper or Carbon?
So I'm looking at buying a new plane... I want something partially for the backyard. Do I go from an Ember 2 to a micro Piper Cub?? Or to a micro Carbon Cub? I want to get a float plane eventually. So the Carbon Cub would be good.. Any thoughts?

My vote would be for a Champ.

Yep, Champ all the way. The Champ can still fly in a smaller area, although it needs a bit more to fly in than Ember I think. More like a baseball field or park. The Champ is going to fly faster too. The Champ is a 3 channel plane like the Ember I think, just faster. The Carbon Cub is a true 4 channel plane and would be a pretty big step up from the Ember. It has virtually no dihedral in the wings so it doesn't glide quite as well on a dead stick as the Champ. Maybe after the Champ you might want to go to a larger plane.

Interesting... That is one of my concerns... Jumping from a 3 channel to a 4... something more difficult... I was thinking of the pakzone piper cub because it's still 3 channel... But I should be able to fly it in my back yard... Then going to the new eflite carbon cub...but I'll check out the champ too... Thanks for the input!
