Cox/Gravity Hobby Micro Warbird

I have an old model Zero, from Gravity Hobby that I would like to fly again. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the Instruction Manual, and did not mark on the plane what the travel of the Rudder, and Elevator should be. Does anyone out there still have a copy, and can you tell me the travel. I have tried coxmodels.com but can not connect.
