Default Trim Control on the Tracker II

Dear All,

With great difficulty we have been able to squeeze enough space to put in the missing trim control, so if you are in need of such a proceedure just send the radio in to us. There is no charge for this upgrade and we will ship it back to you at our cost, but we will not pick it up.

All new radios shipping will have this feature added.

Yours truly,
Lewis Polk

Lewis, are speaking of the trim control in the P-Mixes? Can the trim be enabled and disabled?

Yes, the trim is in the P-mixes and can be enabled or disabled.

The turn around is 2 days here plus the shipping time each way.

All the best,

Lewis, one more question. Will the trim of the slave be saved in trim memory along with the master?

Lewis,
I swear I read in one of the forums on one of the groups that you have redesigned the transmitter case? True? If so, when can we see a picture of it? That's all I'm waiting for to buy one.

We are designing a new case for mid 2004, not sooner. We will also have a 6 channel version with a mini 6 channel rx.

The trim memory cannot be saved with the model and must be re-set each time.

Yours truly,

So slave trim can't be saved? Solution would be to save the master in trim memory then save the slave trim in the Sub Trim menue, correct?

Mr Polk,

when using the preset mixes such as Elevon mixing will the trims be saved for both control surfaces in this new software release?

Lewis,

I spoke with John Gill about 2 weeks ago and he assured me that the trim issues were going to be fixed. I would like to know if they have been fixed and if the trims save correctly on the preset mixes? Elevon, V-Tail, etc.
