Default Seeker 8 -VS- Vision TX

Has anyone used this combo? I'm getting some inappropriate responses when using these together. I have set it up as Airtronics 8 channel PPM and when I put certain channels to max, the LED starts flashing and the servo output starts "ratcheting" to it's endpoint. It is combination of switches that makes it happen. When flap is minimized and the gear is switched it doesn't do it but bring up the flaps and it starts. I'm starting to wonder if the frame pulse train length is too long causing a problem.
I posted this on Polk's site but no response as of yet.
I don't want to have to rewire all my servos and use an Airtronics receiver in this plane if there is a simple fix I could do.

Thanks in advance

This is the first that we have heard of a problem like this. We do know that some Airtronics radio use a broader bandwidth, but that should only affect the reception not the data. I do wish I had more information on this problem.

I guess the question is at this point: what does the led illumination signify?
ANother question comes to mind. When the receiver locks onto the transmitter's frequency is it only a function of frequency or does it also have to do with the pulse string itself? I know it autodetects positive/negative, is it more than just that.

It is just frequency. The LED is for signal loss
