Scratch Build Electric Giant Profile
i purchased a profile that was a Scratch build and it's a 80" Wing Span and the Fuselage is very tall. i believe the plans were taken from a Edge 540 it seems,,, not sure tho.
I only had electronics for a 6s setup so i took my chance. Im only using a 6s 5000 with a 90a Esc and everything is from Hobbyking using Turnigy. im also using a 20x8 Apc Prop.
It seems to run pretty good on a 6s. Typically you would see a plane this size on a 10 to 12s setup.
anyone have any experience using a 6s on a Large profile?
Any comments welcome.

RE: Scratch Build Electric Giant Profile
Looks like it flys nice on the 6s, floats well! What is the weight of the profile, and what kind of flight times are you getting out of the 6s-5500 Lipo?

RE: Scratch Build Electric Giant Profile
My Timer is set for 6 Minutes but when it goes off i usually take another 2 minutes and those last 2 minutes i Fly very mild. Those are my Floating Times. The 1st 4 minutes is when i do various maneuvers like hovering, Loops, Rolls and etc and then it's float and Mild flying the rest of the time so i can get as much as 9 minutes but it's usually 7 when i start landing.
my weight is at 10 to 11lbs.
what type of profile do you have.
