RE: Foam core .40 size profile fuse?
I'm droolin' over the new 3-D electrics out there, and I WILL get into it, eventually, but to buy all the equipment for electrics (chargers, motors, speed controllers, etc.) is going to have to wait a bit (I'm thinking about quiting my job and becoming a Multi-Millionare Tycoon to support my rc addiction). Not sure if depron by itself would be strong enough to use as a glow-powered controll surface whithout being sheeted or something?

Gotta see this foam fuselage!!!!!!!
This is a project a good friend of mine is working on, and he is trying to get ultra light and still be strong. Notice its not "flat" The foam core was cut with a taper thicker in the center and toward the front norrower toward the tail and the outside edges........I think its cool and weighs only 6.5 0Z'S

Im sure i got some pics of the electrics flying. The weather is supposed to be nice today, if i dont have to work till dark i'll try to get some flying pics this evening.
Do any of you expert pro bro flyers come through Cookeville? I would like to see a more capable pilot get a hold of my new plane and give me some feedback.

One thing concerns me on the spec sheet. It says temperature range at 60 to 70 degrees, I wonder if it softens up in the sun? If its no good, I'll staple it up for a ceiling in my shop. Thanks again, Joe

Finally got to get a few pics, was very windy and im not the best pilot so i kept it up off the ground, but the wind did slow long enough for a couple harrier landings. Anyways, i had a blast today and hope everyone else did too.
