Heres my new sledge, I cant wait for the weather to let up!
I covered it like Nemo the fish, My daughter likes him. The Jury is still out to wether I like it or not, The fish has a taller profile and it makes the stripes stand out more( maybe I should have done a GEEWIZBEE!)
It has a Saito 72-Apc 14-4, and came in at 4lb 4oz.

I,m wondering if I should run the white stripe out on the wing and aileron a little to tie it in, and the top of the wing is still a little plain

Yup a saito is a HEMI, and technicly 2 strokes prolly are too, as HEMI is short for Hemispherical Chamber.
After all that work I hope he dont get lost[:@]

Matlok, I wasnt really trying to pull one over on you guys, I just flipped the pic so you can read it. But now that I look at it I could blur the prop and move the stool

Thanks Gator, I think the pro bro is my favorite part of the plane. I had a buddy cut the black out of vinyl, and I handcut the white, What a job! It wasnt that hard to cut out but it took a long time to figure out how to get it all aligned, seeing as how the vinyl was already attatched to a backing. BTW the font is a standard windows font, It's highlight LET, but it doesnt give the option to cut the white or I wasnt smart enough to figure it out.
Let me tap into your imagination, do you think I should run the stripe at the rear of the wing onto the wing and aileron, and or some lettering on top of the wing

I think it looks fine just like it is, heres something I kinda threw together before I hit the rack I havent seen that movie yet, but i been meaning to, this may take away from the fish theme...G

Gator, That rocks. It gives the plane what it needs overall but it does take away from the fish theme a little. But you did give me an idea, I'll play around in paint brush till I come up with something.
I'm hoping to get to meet you guy's in person in Houston.

Nice Dave, and quick too. You might email 3Dreaming about props to run on the sledge/saito 72 combination. I remember he had some props on the saito that totally took away from the performance but I cannot remember which ones those were. He also found some that really added performance. Jeff W.

Very nice job. Post 16 looks a bit much, but I still like it.

I've raised a few kinds of clownfish, and thay are cool as can be. Most clownfish are more orange than white, and you are getting it to almost 50/50.

I hope your Sledge never does the "fish dance", but that's how they swim.

hey that thing is cool, I'm waiting for the day I have to do a requested theme plane. I just hope it is something cool like Nemo...not strawberry shortcake or something.
We have Nemo on right now in fact...for the 152'nd time.

I tied in the stripe with the rear of the wing, and put some text on top of the wing so it isnt so plain
