RE: Pheonix Fun Star 40 Vs. Hanger 9 Twist
I am not real familiar with the Twist but I have seen the Funstar. The Funstar is more of a 3D machine, what I have read of the Twist is that it is not a pure 3Der and falls more in the category of all around flyer and will do a little bit of everything, but nothing particularly well. The Funstar is a good 3D flyer, although it can be hard to tell top from bottom bc of the transparent covering.
I had a Phoenix model trainer and the covering was really brittle on it. I am not sure if that is true for the Funstar as well.
IMO the Twist is a lot better looking plane but I think the decision should be made on what kind of flyer you want.
