It should be no different then the kit. When they build the 80" Edge weights came in less then our kit.
Also there are some new re-enforcements to make it stronger then ever.

The 65" Yak, 79" Yak and new 80" Edge will all be arriving at the same time late November.
Target price on the 79-80" version is $379. We are still working on prices for the 65" Yak.
Keep an eye on our website. I've posted the 65" Yak ARF page. The 79" Yak and 80" Edge will be today or tomorrow.

Seen that Yak trim before, on your site I think!! that edge looks good too.
What are you seeing as flight differances in the two big birds.

Well I can finally answer this question because I now have both.
The Edge is ... well an Edge. Very light flying and very forgiving. Hovers and harriers are almost effortless. Rolling harriers pretty much again are almost effortless.
Now the Yak is just as forgiving as the Edge. However it's a late model design that has started to dominate not only the profile sector, but also the scale sector in just about every class. As you can see it's got an double tapered wing. Also the rudder is much more powerful then the Edge. It also can snap roll and tumble a little faster then the Edge.
Both planes have such light wing loading, that I can't really tell the difference between the two as far as stability in harrier and hover. But I assume a noob on the Edge would still say that it's easier and more stable. Both planes also knife edge with only a hair of rudder when moving. However the Yak holds a knife edge harrier somewhat better. The Edge does straighter knife edge loops.
Take your pick and you'll be happy. It's a win win if you have either.

These are the actual ARF's from the manufacturer. They are getting ready to ship to us real soon. We start taking orders for all 3 this coming Monday the 25th. Partial info is on the website now.
I can tell you right now that the 79" Yak will be the first to go, we expect them sold out before they get here.
