I'm not sure if we have any Yak's left, but there might be. I'll call over to Dayton today and find out and update the website if we are out. We have some Edge's left for sure.

I have owned and flown a lot of profiles, I have not run across anything I like as much as a Morris the Knife (I have had 6 of them over the years) . That big rectangle wing is 2 7/8" thick and has 4 1/2" alierons. It floats like a feather and easy to build. I fly mine with a YS .63 and the easiest hovering plane I ever saw. I know...it's the ugliest plane there is too, but it will grow on you, I promise! Just my opinion.

Are you looking for a kit, ARF, or is either OK?

If you are looking for a kit that is easy to build and 3Ds great I would go with a MOJO 40

I should have stated that i want an arf, i have three kits in various stages of completion i just never have enough time to get them done so it has to be an arf, STL please get back to me on the status of the planes so i can make a descision and order on monday.
I had a morris knife and it was a decent plane but when compared to the acell katana or the E.F. edge 540 i had there was no comparison to capabilitys the kat and the edge far and away outpreformed the knife...
I like omp products some day i will complete my yak 80" kit its 75% done now but i need something right away i dont want to go through 3-D withdrawls...

Tried calling over there today but everyone's out playing today. I'll find out first thing in the morning or you can call 937-429-3056 to order direct and see if there are any in stock.

Thanks!

It is getting where you have to be pretty quick on the draw to get a good 40 profile ARF. I don't know if the is due to them being so popular that they are fast to sell out, or because they are so unpopular that no one is willing to risk ordering a large production run.

The OMP Yak ARF has not been out long enough to see much feedback from its new owners and they are almost all gone. The EF Edge has been out of stock for awhile and I have not seen any talk about the date for a new shipment. The Bad Boy is on the horizon, but not available. Morris has the Knife, TopCAP and Su-Do-Khoi, but most agree that they are no longer on the cutting edge. Why they don't make a Sledge ARF is a mystery to me.

It looks like for now OMP has the only game in town for ARFs other than the Katana 40 that 1fish does not want to replace.

THe morris Arfs would be completly killer if they would drop about 8 0z or so when they build them. I havent flown one of the newer arfs so maybe they have.

I have a topcap an other then being 5lbs is a sweet plane!

Yip we got some Yaks left ... looks like enough to at least get through today.

We also have plenty of Edges.

You are really going to like the yak. The ARFs are built 99% exactly like the kits and these planes have been proven for two years now as top performers.
