Accel Hobby Support?
Hi -
Anybody from Accel Hobby in this forum? I'm trying to reach customer support but the phone number on the website goes to a fax machine. Tried emailing support also and no answer (yet).
Just need some help with a package that UPS damaged in shipping.

I called your office number, which you left with your order and left a message. I apologize the phone was connected to the fax machine by mistake today. Next time you may also try sending an e-mail. Your problem is already being taken care of. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick response. I attached a bunch of digital shots of the damage to an email I sent to your support line, please let me know if they didn't come through.

Hi Alex.
UPS damaged my Katana too.
A rib and sheeting were crushed on one wing and the elevator was broken too.
I will send you pictures of the damage.
FYI, UPS does an amazing job of destroying packages. That is why I ship via Fedex only. Not to mention they are cheaper.

I sent pictures of the damage to Alex 2 weeks ago, haven't heard from him yet.
I hope he doesn't ask me to talk to UPS because between UPS & the shipper, they make you the customer go around and around in circles till you give up.
UPS sucks !!!

I finally got a call from UPS 3 weeks!! after I had reported the damaged shipment. However by then I had long since given up hoping to actually get a replacement and had just repaired the damage myself.

UPS called me too. It's a waste of time talking to them. They will come, check the damage and then ask you to contact the shipper. UPS really pi$$es me off. I don't know why they ask you to buy insurance and then not do anything when the shipment is damaged by them.
How do I know, I ordered a subwoofer over the internet and went through this...
Please boycott UPS...
