Goofy Profiles
Look at these goofy profiles I built this summer. The blue and white one with diamonds on the wings has a 46 on it, the green one had (stuffed it) a 91, the red one has a 120 AX and the white with blue wings a 61, all 2 storkes. All fly great.

RE: Goofy Profiles
I don't know, just self conscious I guess. They fly really well. The red one is probably the best 3D plane I've ever flown. They're basically the same design in terms of construction, so building a new one is just following a formula. I vary things like tail moment, fuse height/side area just to try and learn things. I've found a low aspect ratio wing with a long tail moment gives me a smooth flying plane that harriers and TR's beautifully. The last pic of the the white fuse/blue wing 61 powered plane will actually maiden tommorrow. I was just getting ready to put a trim scheme on it when I took the pic. It's pretty much a smaller version of the red one so I know it will fly well. Thanks for your comments!

oh yeah, I like to epoxy aluminum tubing through the fuse to attach fuel/pressure tubing to. It keeps the lins shorter and keeps the tubing from flopping around, just a neater installation.

RE: Goofy Profiles
Just maidened the blue and white one. fabulous! Weird thing with the motor, though. Its running odd during extended hovers/TRs. It kind of made a popping noise. Didn't sag, Almost sounded like it was going rich but I know that's not what's happening. It didn't do it during up lines, only when hovering for a long time. It was really hot out, like 95 degrees. I think it was just getting over heated, but I'm not sure. Same motor ran perfectly a couple of weeks ago in a different plane. Same fuel, too. weird....
