Ebay Accel Kat Fix Instructions
My dad bought a Accel Kat 70 at the swap meet last weekend. It has never been flown. The guy had the monokote peeled back off the front half of the fuse. He has laid some lightply on the area where the engine mounts and has fiberglassed the joints all around the wing. Are there any more mods that need to be done to keep it from exploding????

YES.........you need to open that slab up directly behind the Trailing edge..........all the way to the stab..and carbon fiber re-enforce that entire area!
I'm sure you will find a "how-to" somewhere on RCU..........this is a "MUST DO"!!!

an easier way is to saok all wood in the wing saddle and then gorilla glue all you can get to in the radio box and then some more. make sure to concentrate on the wing joiner. mine is very strong. also consider joining the wing to the fus permanently this greatly helps.

I'm not really sure what this would do in his case....other than make a huge mess!! Gorilla glue is a fantastic substance to use in profiles...I use it all the time....but if you've never done it before...HOLY COW...it can be extremely messy and intimdating!!
Besides.....I think his inner main wing is fine, as he mentioned it had fiberglassed....so he should concentrate on the weakest part of that bird....The Fuse, from the trailing edge to the tail!!
