It is unusually dead in here isn't it? Maybe it has been good flying weather around the country and everyone is spending more time at the field and less time vegging out in from of the computor....

Slabs are selling and in fashion, but this place is a desert. I miss the good old days.

Wow, I haven't looked at this forum in a few months. I have been concentrating on my larger(gas) planes during the "summer months". When the days get shorter and available aircraft set up time/daylight is at a premium.. and the weather gets colder.., I'll be back to enjoy]!!

My vehicle will hold a 27% or 30% airplane and I always bring my little Katana V2 46 that fits in the trunk. I'll fly the big airplanes up until about an hour and a half before sunset. That's when the visibility (haze and sun angle) makes it tough to see these longer range airplanes. Then I break out the little Katana and fly the hell out of it in a small area (about control line size) in the eastern sky where it's still nice and blue and can fly until sunset. Works great and extends my flying day into the cool of the early evening! Then I go home and read about Paris Hilton

Did someone say Paris Hilton?? [:'(]
That's how I'm referring to my planes now.... If a plane feels really agile or "loose" in the air... It's a real Paris Hilton plane....

I've been flying the crap out of my Mojo
I'm also trying to finish the assembly of my Boxxer ARF that I started 3 months ago but I'm not having any fun or luck getting this thing done. Setting the top wing incedence is driving me nuts.

I've been flying the heck out of my Fusion with a OS 50 SX. Also a friend of mine is putting the covering on my OMP Edge. Will be powered with a Saito 82. Here's a couple of pics........ The second pic is my OMP Katana. Just happened to be right above the same line of the shelter in the background at the moment the pic was shot. [8D]

It's official then..... " I just maidened my new Whatchamacallit and boy is it Parisy....What a great designer slab this is!"
or the oppisite would be....."I designed a new plane. It's called the whateveritbe....It's rock solid and would make a great 3D trainer. In flight, it feels very Oprah ish."
