Houston Pro Bro, here I come.
I am going to start this thread and give daily reports of my travels and experiences at the Houston pro bro. Today is Thursday March 13, 2003 and it is 7:30 am est and I am getting ready to go to Gators in Memphis. Trailer is loaded and will be meeting Gator, Swany, tailspnr and V1VRV2 for an early departure for Memphis tomorrow morning. Sorry but my digital camera will not upload pics on my laptop so I cannot post pics till Tuesday. Jeff W.

Loadin' up the trailer...
Man.... we got a ton of planes in that trailer!!! and enough extra gear to build several more planes... Jeff has a TopCap arf.. I bet we could get it up flying friday if we wanted to....
We are gonna have some BIG fun!!! Can't wait to get there.... Thanks to Jeff and his awesome trailer

Those pictures do not do it justice. Its really packed in there,everyone got to bring all the planes they wanted
Jeff has 5 planes( 1 is a 33% Cap)
Scott has 3 planes(Flip ,Magic PBF)
Gator 5 planes(TAco ,Flip Sud, Knife, & $600 profile)
Paul 6 planes(Menace, Taco, Sud 40 & 60, QHOR ,PBF
Jess has 1(OMP Edge)
Total of 7 field boxes
3 totes of field accessories
5 lawn chairs and a 16x8 pop -up canopy
1 top cap arf in box
1 box of carbon fiber gear and glue
12 gallons of fuel
and probably enough stuff to build another plane...<Grin>

Im all loaded just gotta stop by my 2 buds houses and get them and their planes. Im loading up the camper shell on my truck trying to avoid hauling the trailer this time. Man i can hardly wait!

Update for Friday March 14, 2003
Gator, V1VRV2, Swany, tailspnr and myself left Memphis at 4am and arrived Houston around 4pm. Great trip down, I have not laughed that hard in some time. Ulf greeted us at the field and needless to say we were all excited to get a couple flights in before dark. Ulf took some photos and will probably post here soon. We all got in the air and a hover/3D show soon followed, thanks to V1VRV2, John Price, Gator, tail spnr, Swany, myself and a few others I did not know. Nice facility here in Houston and the weather tonight was made to order. Looks to be well worth the effort to come all this way and I will update daily. Jeff Williams

Houston Pro Bro, here I come.
Saturday, March 15 at the Houston Pro bro. We made it to the field around 8:30 this morning and the weather started great but the wind came and challenged us. Overall a good day with about 30 entrants and lots of nice prizes thru a raffle. Thanks to the guys in Houston for the facility and the hard work of putting this event together. Jeff W.
