Default Jett LS user's a little info please

Hi there Jett people
Can some one tell me what kind of ground rpm you guys are setting or getting on your LS Jett engines

A ground RPM around 24K is good.

It depends on the prop Terry.

Start with the lightest Black Carbon APC prop you can find 7.4x7.5 if you can acquire one. You want to be able to peak 24k like Mike mentioned. If it tachs higher, use more pitch, if you can't hit 24k you need a lighter prop or it won't unload as well as it can. Most of the APC props were designed around the Nelson Q40 motor and are too Heavy of pitch for the Jett to run properly.

Don't confuse ground RPM and Lighter pitch with a slower motor, its all in the unload in the air that makes the difference.

The instructions that came with it did say 24K but this did seem very low to me
