Default painting Viper

What is the preferred method for painting a Viper? Do most use glass cloth and epoxy, or something like tissue and dope? I have glassed many many planes, but never anything like a pylon racer. I am not going to be racing as there are no club events around here, but I love the look of buffed paint!

I glass mine with 3/4 oz and finishing resin, prime, paint, polish.

For a fun plane, Ultracote or Monokote would be fine.

Heck I even paint my park zone foamies!!
I have a fair amount of K&B paint laying around, might as well use it.
