Default Anyone built a Nat'l Balsa INTIMIDATOR 2 Q500?

Hi I ordered the National Balsa INTIMIDATOR 2 Q500 kit. The instructions are very limited and there are no pictures. http://www.nationalbalsa.com/v/vspfi...s/Intimid2.pdf

The first step is sheeting the foam wing but I am not sure how to glue the plywood strips on the trailing edge. Wondering if anyone has built it and can chime in. Thanx in advance!

Here is a Intimidator wing thread. We use CF and glass to stiffen the trailing edge, but the ply will work fine too

I've got an Intimidator 2 kit.

I will build the wing similar to the following thread. Two ounce fiberglass cloth is used in the trailing edge instead of plywood. A wing constructed in the following method is strong enough for any of the racing classes (424, 426, or 428).

The sheeted cores weighed less than 10 ounces in the following thread.
