Default New racer looking for Q-500 help

I attended a few races at OJA and decided to race last year. It didnt go great considering the fact that I lost my first plane before the race started and had a midair on turn 1 of heat 1 with my backup. Im a fairly new pilot but would say that Im pretty decent, just had a stroke of bad luck. I completely expected to come home with at least 1 plane in tact .

Im looking for somebody local to work with / call for / take advice from, etc. in order to be ready for the fall races.

I live in Fuquay Varina. Let me know if you are interested!!

Jay,

I live in Knightdale, NC and go to OJA at least once a month to practice. Several other guys go out there fairly often also. I will PM you with my contact info and I will call you when we all go out next time. I am confident to say that when you come out everyone will be happy to help you.

There are four of us in the RDRC club that race and will also be happy to help you!

You can come up and fly with us in Raleigh (you too, Trey!) or can join us as we test at OJA.

No troubles other than being 3 hours away.

Robert,  you and Larry were a HUGE help last year. I really appreciated it. I thought about joining RDRC just to gain some free knowledge from you guys. It's not too far from my office so I could just shoot over there after work.
