RE: Post pictures of your RACERS!
Awesome job AJ! Its a great color and I knew you were going to use it more. One of the benefits of living in a huge spray booth (Southern Cal) is that we can paint year round. Here's one I just did for Von Der Hey. This is an INSANE amount of work for a Quickie, but I could not resist the challenge.

dang it AJ, for whatever reason I can't get the larger versions of your images to load up. I'm in Italy right now, Milan, and the internet here in the hotel isn't the best.
E-mail me a copy of that 2nd pic, I'd love to see it bigger than a postage stamp. Either address works, home or work
Thanks,
fizz

Wow, great paint jobs guys. Those Ninjas (both of them) reallly look good, amazing amount of work for a quickie.
AJ, yours looks great also, nice job.
I'll stick with my roller and Picasso paint schemes

As much time as I've spent putting stuff together I would have guessed it was more too.. Let me think here, first OS race it was 2 then the first 428 race it was none, then the next OS race it was one then the next 428 race it was one.. Look at that, I miss counted.. Make that 4 quickies this year.. The best part was that all but one of those died while in the lead.. Damn #3 pole!!

Mr.Seaholm,
Absolutely beautiful airplanes. Am I correct that the Vortex has a wood fuse. only?
I just got 2 Ninjas last week, but John McDermott has been very happy with the new
Vortex he got from Randy B's dad recently.

John G. you are very correct. The Vortex's are wood/balsa fuselages. We have never made a glass fuse, and we never will. We believe the wood is stronger than the glass stuff. And it's all AMERICAN made baby...

Here's a picture of a newly finished Viper, with a Nelson SS / detuned pipe on the front, ready for test flights, and Calgary racing in May.

Although a few years old, here is my Xciter sporting Dale Jr.'s colors (my wife's favorite driver). This is a scanned image of the original pic actually signed by Dale Jr.

Hey Kevin,
I have an old seeker that I am going to use for that race. It is seriously attracted to those shiney new airplanes.
See you there.
