Might be moving to Austin Texas(District 8?) in the future and was wondering if there was any Pylon Racing/Racers in the area?? Any information would be great, thanks..

There are several pilots. But no races in Austin as of now. You should ask on the NMPRA forum for schedules etc.

Randy, is that you? Its Todd, the guy you helped get me into this mess... LOL.. I enjoy flying fast but doing it by myself is getting a little old. No racing in Norcal/Central valley still(that I have heard of) Not really into driving all the way to LA on a regular basis. Maybe it will be a little better in Texas if it all happens. You in Florida now?? PM me for more if you would like.

There are 2 very active racers in the Austin area and a couple more just starting out. Most races are in the Houston area which is only a couple of hours away. We fly 424, 428 and 422. Would be happy to give you the tour.

Houston is close enough.. used to live there about 6 years ago and have some family there so making that drive wouldnt be a problem on a semi regular basis.
