Default More Predator questions

Just got my Predator II kit and about to get started. I want to replace the wing bolts with 1/4-20, are you guys using blindnuts, or just tapping the wood for 1/4-20? Also, what seems to be the sweet spot for the CG?

Default RE: More Predator questions

I think the CG on the Predator needs to be a little bit further forward than on the Viper... completely different airfoil. According to an old instruction sheet I've got from the Lanier Dominator kit (same airframe as the Predator) they recommend 2 1/4 - 2 3/4 aft of the leading edge...

Seems to me I remember ending up at about 2 5/8....
