NELSON Q-500 LS SETUP

i'm breaking my motors in this weekend and i was wondering how is everyone setin this motort up and at 193-22 for break-in and then i heard to drop it to 18
what do you guys do?

Either run it the way Shadel set it up, or you can add .005 under the head for breakin.

well one of then came at 189-18 i'll try how it came. and the other i'll check it tonight.
