Saetta Q500 build thread
Hi guis,
because this CNC kit has been sold to the foreign country i want post this thread for help to the construction.
and to even find some new idea from you.
In Italy as prohibited the composite models of Quickie 500 category, therefore I have realized kit an all wood and foam wing.
I Use two cnc machine, one for cut wood and one for cut foam, and use a vacuum bag fot cover the wing.

I have had very very problem and not precision Wings..
But today have realized one idea.... for realize a perfect wing with very very hard BU (exit border wing) and perfect alignment i have planned and realized a support in very very hard foam to insert betwen the wing and the vaccum bag.
is very very nice! similar to one stamp!

I like your idea with the landing gear block and will give it a try at some point. The wood above it will give plenty of glue area for holding power.
