I know you've all heard this question a thousand times but I'm putting this motor on a Predator Q-500 just for fun and I want it to go as fast as possible, what prop should I use with the motor to get max speed, and I know it's not legal, just out to have fun

Any suggestions are very appreciated

Joe with no class specific rules to consider the sizes I would try are APC D-1 props in 8.8x8.75, 8.8x9.0 and 8.8x9.0w sizes. Also a half wave tuned pipe called the 'Ultrathrust' from Dave Shadel at Performance Speciaties will add considerable 'go'. You will still not be up to the level of a Nelson or Jett engined Quickee but will be doing in the range of perhaps 125/130 and far faster no doubt than anything you have ever experianced before, perhaps fast enough.

Default Prop chart...

Interesting prop chart, however it is tuned for sport flying not max speed. A 7.4x8.0 prop now running on Nelsons is recommended for .10 to .15 engines! Recommended prop for a .40 engine is 10x5 to 11x6.

These are not go-fast props.

My recomendation would be to use a 9x7.5 APC.
Besides take out the cone that comes in the muffler and the Liner that comes at the Fleve.

These way you will get much more rpmīs from your OS 46 FX.

Hope this helps.
