Default Shims

This is probably a stupid question, but I don't have an LS to compare to, but are the LS shims you can buy from Performance Specialties the same as the old SS shims? I need a couple of .0001's for a SS.
Thanks

I doubt whether you'll get the shim size you are requesting...........check the number of '0' think you have too many. you are obviously wanting 1 thou, or 10 thou. Check Dave Shadel anyway. trevor h[sm=shades_smile.gif]

Dave doesn't like to sell .001 shims, says its not enough to make a difference and to go .003 at a time, but he has had them in the past.

And yes, the SS and LS shims are a different size.

Actually the liner shims are the same, however the head shims are different.
