Carl put the flyer together. If enough folks expressed interest, we could - just like you guys did at your race this past weekend.

I've e-mailed Carl, if I don't hear from him tomorrow morning I'll call him and see. I feel like we ought to be able to do it, but it's up to him.

Carl is OK with doing 426 the same day (like KCRC just did) if we can insure enough workers that can be there for the duration. Our club meeting is Thursday night this week, we'll beat the bushes and see how many good workers we can sign up! Also, if we have enough fliers that are interested in flying 426.. The "trophies" aren't too hard to come by for another class.

Entry fees as listed in the flyer above would be for each class, pretty typical for races around here.

I'll post back here as we get closer and closer, but if any of you are interested in 426 also, please let me know asap so I can get an idea of how many we might expect.

By then I may have flown enough times to dig out my 426 plane.. it's ready to go, just haven't flown it yet this year. I'll be interested in 426.

Yeah, I know - but we have enough trouble finding course workers for a one day race - it's nearly impossible for two.

Right now our club membership seems to be declining, the high gas prices and economy are still taking it's toll on the hobby budget of a lot of folks.

Okay everybody we need to talk to the rain gods for race day!! I have been checking the forcast and it is not looking to good. I sure hope to see you all saturday.
