My Latest BuckShot Quickie 25 Racer

Well, finally got my BuckShot ready for testing Saturday at the Old Julian Airport site. Its taken a while seeing how I've been out of town for work quite a bit. (Grateful to have a job!!) Well, I covered the wing in clear Ultracote and painted the fuselage with Clear Klasscote. Great stuff and dries very hard. I plan to do a little block sanding and rubbing to try to smooth her up a bit. I really need to block and clear one more time but I was getting a bit concerned about the weight minimum of 3 lbs 4 oz. Looks like I could have added 2 coats!!!!

Lovely work as usual Robert. I really need to get some pictures of all (3) of mine on here.
They are very good flying airplanes and quick to build with good construction techniques. Looking forward to seeing it fly. john |
