400 B mid range
I have one of these engines in a 1/3 Spacewalker. It starts and runs very well except for the mid range and transition which is very rough.
This seems to be a rather high compression design compared to most of my engines and I am wondering if rough mid range is normal or is it a case of keeping on tuning in the usual ways.?What do you reccomend for oil and ratio once the engine is broken in?
Is Klotz R/C @ 50to1 OK?
Thanks.........[8D]

Hello Kevin most problem I have had with mid range was that the screen inside carb is partialy plugged with varnish almost invisible try changing that ,while your at it check diaphram& float needle height .
