Dick Bennet Transitor Ignition for Q42 ??
Hey guys
I have fitted one of Dick Bennet's transistor ignition modules to my Q42 (fitted in a Byron Mustang) and find the spark to much weaker than the originial magneto spark.........I followed the wiring diagram to the letter but no joy[]........the spark appears to be only half as intense as that coming from the magneto.........have I been suckered by Dick's claim of easy starting blah blah blah
Anyone else tried the Engine Points Eliminator from B & B specialties?
cheers
Alan

Use new flywheel (used at US41's) and new ignition module and you are fine.
