Anyone know what the shelf life is on a can of unopened Sig Supercoat?

According to my LHS guru builder that stocks SIG Supercoat Dope - "If the can is unopened its shelf life is forever. If it's still liquid you're good to go."

I found a can of SIG Sky Brite red way in a corner of my LHS and I called SIG to find some things out about the paint. The lady busted up, she has worked there for 17 years and they quit selling that before she was working there. The can was never opened and there was no sign of any problem with the paint I could see. I would go along with SEA on this one, if it's still in liquid form it should still work, mine worked very well for paint. I have jars of dope that are still liquid and I use them once in a while. Open it up and give it a test, nothing for you to lose.

I spoke to a lady and don't recall the name, very nice though. When she found out where I lived then she started laughing and said I must have bought it at nice twice from Denny. Seems she speaks with him every couple of days. I sure hope they weather the storm too, I have built a ton of there kits and really like them, great designs!!!
