I just assembled one of the YAKs from Aeroworks and used the DLE 30 inverted. Plenty of room and the engines don't know they are upside down. Valley View!! Thanks for that. I was trying to remember the name last week and had a brain fart, total lock up on my part. So far the best prices I have seen on the DLEs, great engines!!

I Second what Gray Beard said. The engine doe's not care. Tom at Valley View RC is great, just call him anytime, he will give you any advice you need.I have bought quite a bit of stuff from him, fair in his pricing and shipping!

Yes. When my old student decided on the YAK and Aeroworks it was AW that recommended the DLE 30 to him for the plane. The combo makes for a good IMAC or 3-D plane. The airframe holds up well to it.

As color blind as I am I can see that plane very well. There is enough yellow and contrasting colors on it and the desiner did a great job putting all the contrasting colors in the right spot.

Gray Beard. Do you have any pics of your aeroworks yak showing how you mounted the DLE 30?
