Default glue problem {removing}

I'm changing the windows in a 40 size cub. it has the siren wrap type and i want the plastic one's. I keep getting canopy glue on the plastic window it say to clean up with water when wet but how do you clean up after it drys .

You can let water to puddle, and let it set for how ever long it takes to soften. Could be a long time, with repeated applications with water. When they say "water cleanup", they mean while it is still wet.

If you can touch it with a finger then you scrape it off with a finger nail or soft piece of balsa. It just sort of rolls off or peels.
