Funtana 90 wing tube

Lost the wingtube for my Funtana 90! If anyone has a wing tube they would like to sell please contact me! Also, does anyone know the measurement of the Funtana 90 wing tube? I do not have inside calipers but will buy them if necessary to determine the size! Please help.

Get in touch with Horizon Hobby and ask them if you don't get an answer here. They may have the tube in stock too? If not then Central Hobbies may have it in the size needed.

I called Horizon and Hangar 9. They both could not help as the plane has been discontinued and they no longer carry parts for it. A google search will show the part number and take you to the webistes of hangar 9 and horizon but these are just outdated links. This is the reason for my request.

If you get no reply then I have a friend with the 100 and I can measure his tube for you. He is out of town but should be home Sunday or MOnday.

Thanks but the 100 has a different tube size than the 90.

Horizon should be able to give you the correct size. If not you may want to try the ARF forum and ask someone with the plane to measure for you.

Most all standard calipers will work both OD and ID. Just insert the closed tips of the calipers into the hole and open until they stop. You will probably see a relief cut into the tips to give you a sharper edge to measure with.
