Default Static 4-blade prop

Anyone know where I can find one for my P-47? Needs to be 27-28 inch diameter...

Thanks

Default RE: Static 4-blade prop

Top Flite used to have display props (not sure how big) but I guess there was no real demand because they disappeared a few years ago.

Edited to add
Zinger makes 4-blade props that are a hub with replaceable blades

The 28 inch versions start at almost a hundred bucks

I recall seeing these at warbird events. They would be installed when the plane was beign displayed then replaced for flight. You might ask over int he warbird forum.

Take a look at Aerotech's offerings. They may have one in the size range you need.

I have seen on made. Although not that big. He just notched the hub on the front of one prop and the back of the 2nd prop on a table saw. The two would slide into each other like a puzzle piece. Once the prop hub was on, the notches could not be seen. You had to look really close to see it was not one prop.
