Default How to route Kevlar cable out of glass fuse?

I'm putting in a kevlar pull/pull system on my Genesis cap. The fuse is glass and don't want it cutting the line. What do you guys/gals use to protect the line going through the hole in the side of the fuse?

I have the genesis cap and used kevlar!!!....used plastic tube to rout it out....it still broke!!! ****DON'T USE KEVLAR***

USE THE SMALLEST DIAM. PLASTIC COATED stainless steal FISHING LINE YOU CAN FIND!! it works great now....kevlar broke after about 10 flights and it DID NOT bind!!

Thanks for the advise Outssider.

Where did it break? I would imagine that it would have had to been cut by something sharp or it was fastened with a 90 bend on a clevis and not a round radius?

BTW, how do you like the Cap? Any pics you might like to share? What's the weight? Engine?

Cheers!

it broke where it exits the fuse ! luckily it was on the ground at the time and not in the air saito 180 apc 18X6W...12.75 lb

it has good points and bad points...

good points.......it is far and away the best quality cap arf or arc available ! anywhere!!

bad points....it is a little heavy.....it is almost as hard to assemble as building a kit......it has a lot of coupling...both roll and pitch. it is not easy to land !
