OK, sent the buyer another email although he hasnt responded to any of the last 4 emails I have sent, here is the text:
Hello buyer, Not sure if you are interested or not but here is the latest status on your package. I sent another email to Greyhound Corporate today since they didn't get back to me yesterday like they said they would.
Sent to Greyhound today:
Hello, I sent you the information on my missing package yesterday but havent heard anything back via email or telephone. I also called and left a message at 214-849-8620 yesterday and today for an agent to call me back and still no response. Please give me a number where I can speak to a supervisor or a person in a responsible position that I can speak with.
I have been posting the events I am experiencing as I try to resolve this issue to let other people who ship items with Greyhound so they will understand what they can expect from your company and the great service provided. Please forward this link to management so they can follow along.
I did receive a response today also which is as follows:

Thank you in being so diligent in letting me know your concerns. I have forwarded the information over to my supervisor on yesterday and he has a claims representative working on it. I will contact him and see if there is any additional information that I can obtain and I will be sure to pass it along to you.
And my response to her:
Thank you so much Sonya, you have done more to give Greyhound a good name than all the many people I have contacted and tried to contact thus far to resolve this. Please have someone give me a case number or something I can sent to Paypal so they can see that action is being taken to find and hopefully deliver this package. It seems this case has sat dormant for a month due to Greyhound. Please expedite this.
