Need help identifying this biplane - Part 2
You all did such a great job identifying that other biplane, maybe you can name this one. It has a wing span of about 7 feet. What you see is all I have. If anyone happens to know make/model, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Orbsah,
I believe it to ne an SE5-A or it could be someone's mailbox turned into a model.
One or the other.
You'll have your hands full either way.
Good luck with it.

Thanks for the comments. I don't think it's a Gere Sport or SE5-A as the wingtips and tail shapes don't match (compare these pics). Honestly, now that it's mentioned, the fuse IS about the size of a mailbox. . . .

Orbsah cannonball!
I didn't mean it to be funny.
Where's the wheels and rudder? Do you have them? Did you take a good look inside? Years ago guys would put their name and address in their models, especially the free flight ones.
Looks 40 years old!
Did you remove the dust? Bummer, an analysis could have been done with the accumulation dept, and the age could have been determined. You may have an archaeological find there?
I wouldn't be too quick to trade if off for some ARF.
How's cucumberland?

FYI, it's a little larger than a mailbox. I wish I had the rudder - that would probably be a good clue. . . .
