Default consealed flap and aileron hinges

Saw on line a product called Rotary Driver System (RDS). It looked really neat.... but for the life of me can't figure out how it works. The people who mgf it are called IRF Machine Works Inc. Can anyone explane exactly how this thing works.

Would love to put it in a new plane I'm building

Default RE: consealed flap and aileron hinges

The bent shaft slides inside two narrow surfaces (within the control surface) while the servo rotates.
