Spoileron is the opposite of the flaperon function. With flaperon, both ailerons drop, simulating flaps. You can still control each aileron independantly. With spoileron, both ailerons raise up, just the opposite of flaperon. This can be useful for airbrakes. But be careful, some planes don't like spoilerons. Make sure you are high up when you first try it.
