Thank's! But they only seem to have treaded bars, or with internal treads. I would like to have just the 13mm bar itself,with no treads.

The 13mm is the same size as 1/2 (maybe a very little unoticeable difference) The 13mm wrenches fit 1/2 american standard nuts perfectly so if there is any differance it's just a few thousandths. I just thought this information might give you another avenue to look in.
