A $4 servo extention just cost me $100 worth of servos. Just smoked 2 hs-5625s
In the hobby over 35 years and never seen this,,, servo extention came with reverse polarity
To say I'm pissed is an understatement, pluged the first one in and smoke?? I knew that servo had been in a crash so I thought it must be damaged,, took smokin #2 before I looked closer, Can't remember what vendor I got these from,, but I'll be checking each one for now on.

Very curious indeed Scale, I have a feeling that those might be old stock adapter's for the old style Airtronics systems which used #3 pin positive but they made the change to compatibility about 1996 so those are likely old stock that has no market anymore and may have been dumped or sent by mistake. That short extension was sold to fellows later using the old style servos with more modern rx's
Ya gotta watch every little thing and thanks for the heads up.

possible I guess,, but I have a couple others that are correct bought at the same time,, can't see this beng an adaptor without a tag, different colot fitting or something,, I'm 99.9% positive it's a factory defect.
just giving ya'll a heads up,, one more thing to check when ya buy something
