Default Solo Props...Good, Bad or Ugly???

Hi Guys,

I just picked up 2 used Solo Prop 2 bladed hubs, dome shaped spinners and blades for $95.00; when I looked on the Solo Prop website I see they are
under new ownership.

  1. Has anyone used these props and can give me some feedback on them?
  2. How are the new owners to work with ???
  3. What are the tips and tricks to working with these props and hubs?

I thank you in advance for your replies!

Rick

Rick,

Give me a call or email me. I can answer any questions on Solo Props and tell you more about them. There are a number of tips and tricks for being successful with a Solo Propeller. I am working on making a information sheet with as many of them as I can get put together available for anyone that wants to know them.

Sincerely,

Patrick Wallace

I do not have any myself, but, having volunteered for many events held here by Frank Tianno, (Top Gun, Monster Planes) I can say there a lot of big scale guys that use them. I met the previous owner a few times and he is a great guy and really took great pride in his craft of making them. With the investment the new owner has made, apparently the guy in the above post, I see no reason why the quality should not continue.
