Local hardware stores sell screwdrivers and twine.
Put the good sized screwdriver in the ground.
Create a loop of 1/8" twine that goes around the screwdriver, under the fin and over the top of the fuse.
Tie it in a bow.
When you are ready to taxi, pull one string, pull away and go flying.
Old diving weights instead of a screwdriver will work fine also.
Good Luck,

I looked at all of the high priced restraints when I started flying gas planes. I ended up using cotton rope looped over the vertical and horizontal stab on one side. This has never failed and can be carries in the wing bag. Cheap and effective.
