Who is the manufacturer? The scale detailing is pretty bad (lettering the wrong size and font, no bungee covers on the landing gear, and so on) which would make me worry about the overall build quality. And you may need parts later; can you get them? What is it covered with? Can you get the same stuff in case you need to make repairs? Many of the cheaper manufacturers make a good enough balsa structure, but include cheap hardware with their ARF's that won't hold up and use a very cheap covering that won't match Ultracote or Monokote. Nitroplanes and Banana hobby are notorious for that. So many pilots have found that these inexpensive ARFs will cost within $20-$30 of a high quality one like the H9 or Goldberg. So all of that is to say that I'm not trying to discourage you, but you may well find that buying a bargain priced plane off of Ebay isn't the best route to go.
